A Grounding Anti-Anxiety Practice

In difficult periods of our life, a go-to yoga practice can be especially helpful for grounding your anxiety and releasing stress. In this practice, you'll mindfully move through half sun salutations, warrior poses, forward folds, and more. Feel the stability in your body and let it wash over your mind. End in a comforting savasana, feeling more centered and calm.
