Hips feel sore after a long day of sitting? In this supported practice you’ll learn how to use a chair to stretch your legs fully and open your chest. You’ll begin with a short seated warm-up to move your hips around, and then you’ll do a hearty standing pose sequence to strengthen and release your lower body. Finally, you’ll come into a guided, leg-supported savasana.
Make sure your chair is secured by a sticky mat or place it against the wall to prevent it from sliding. Have a hippy time!
