A Moving Meditation and Gratitude Practice

You’ll start with a seated practice where you’ll imagine “blessing yourself” with your hands overhead. After that, you’ll move on to a more active practice which includes push-ups from bird dog, leg lifts from staff pose and down dog, squats, dynamic standing practices, and more. Then, you’ll return to the blessing practice at the end of class before concluding in savasana.
