A Nourishing Practice

Feeling depleted? Take a break from your day with this supportive resilience practice. You’ll alternate between gentle strengthening movement and rest throughout the class. You’ll also do a breathing practice with a breath pillow* which can help you breathe more deeply and truly receive the nourishment this class offers.

Props: 2 blocks, blanket, bolster, breath pillor or bag of rice or blanket
