A Practice for Better Sleep

Class Description

This restful 30-minute sequence, which is comprised mainly of floor postures, is designed to help you sleep well tonight. 

You'll learn simple techniques that will help stimulate your vagus nerve, reduce vata (desire for movement), and calm the mind.
