A Practice for Freedom and Joy

Class Description

This practice combines chanting, breathwork, and conscious movement and is designed to connect you to the innate joy and freedom of your own heart.

You'll practice backbends and strengthening standing poses as you connect the smooth, rhythmic quality of your breath to slow, conscious movement.

The chant for this practice is: om jyotir atma. It means: I open to the light that is my higher self.
