A Practice for Grounding

In this grounding practice, you’ll focus on moving mindfully and lengthening your exhales to cultivate a peaceful feeling. After a sun-salute-infused warm-up, you’ll move on to a wide-legged straddle twist, tree, a locust variation, a seated forward bend, and more. The class concludes with savasana and anulomujjayi pranayama, a calming breath practice.
