Create space and strength in your shoulders and upper back with this practice that’s designed to mobilize and stabilize your upper body.

You’ll begin with slow stretches to wake up the neck and shoulders and then move into a sequence that includes shoulder-mobilizing half sun salutations, arm rotations in a prone position, side-lying twists that open up the front of the shoulders, eagle arms in thunderbolt pose, and more.
