Twist through your upper body and get strong through your lower body. Join Dina for a short (40-minute), yet challenging practice that will systematically build toward a creative transition from garudasana (eagle pose) to eka pada koundinyasana I (arm balance dedicated to sage Koundinya). Preparatory poses include: powerful chair pose variations, revolved half moon, high lunge twists, fallen triangle, and much more. Enjoy this challenge!
