Join Dina for a 40-minute class that will help you work toward a peak transition from side plank to full splits. Preparatory poses will build sequentially and ease you toward your goal. They include: standing splits, pigeon pose, planks, chaturangas, hamstring stretches like supta padangusthasana (reclining hand-to-big-toe pose), and much more.
