A Practice for the Mature Yogi

In this whole-body chair yoga class, you’ll begin with seated stretches that can help you maintain or increase your overall flexibility. After that, you’ll use the chair to support your balance as you focus on strengthening your legs, arms, and core. Class concludes with an exercise to stimulate both hemispheres of the brain, a vocal kriya, and a guided meditation.
