A Practice for Those Who Are Grieving

This class is designed to help you process dukkha (suffering)—specifically the grief you may feel as you come to terms with climate change. Class includes tension-relieving stretches, heart-opening flows, a standing twist for the lung meridian (which is associated with grief), and more.
