A Practice for When You've Said Yes to Too Many Things

Said “yes” to too many things and can’t seem to make time for practice? This short yet potent class can give you big yoga benefits in a short amount of time.

You’ll do four practices, each with a distinct purpose: cat-cow (for spinal health), fists of anger (designed to relieve anger), a meditation to address addiction (addiction of any kind), and serabandanda kriya (an active practice for the whole body).
