A Practice to Build Confidence

Want to boost your confidence? Releasing unnecessary tension can help, and that’s what this class is all about.

You’ll begin with a centering practice in crocodile pose before moving on to child’s pose, cat-cow, and a spinal balance variation. After that comes a standing series that includes shoulder circles, a fluid (somewhat atypical) twisting practice, and a warrior I variation with cactus arms.

You’ll wind down with child’s pose, pigeon, a seated spinal twist, and more. Finally, you’ll conclude with savasana before stepping out and radiating more confidence into the rest of your day.
