A Practice to Nourish

Connect to your body’s innate intelligence with a  supportive practice where you’ll have the time to really explore each pose.

Beginning in crocodile (a belly-down pose that allows the breath to flow with ease), you’ll ground yourself with pelvic floor practices. After that, you’ll move into a balanced sequence that includes core-strengthening exercises; warriors l, ll, and lll; backbends; bharadvajasana (a seated twist), where Shari offers you inspiration from the Bhagavad Gita to help you tap into your own truth; and more. Throughout, you’ll explore both the alignment and spiritual aspects of the practices so that you can move with intention and feel nourished.

Class culminates with a “points of light” body scan and savasana, followed by a brief meditation where you’ll be invited to experience your prana (vital energy).
