A Practice to Reduce Anxiety

A feel-good class filled with breathing techniques and tools to help reduce anxiety. Begin facedown on your stomach in crocodile pose while focusing on your breath to create a sense of calmness. From there, you’ll roll onto your back and rest a bolster or breath pillow on your abdomen to feel grounded while breathing. After that, you’ll move through hamstring and hip stretches and spinal twists while using a strap before ending in a relaxing savasana. Unwind and enjoy this stress-reducing class.
