After that comes a standing series that includes abdominal squeezes, warrior I, and a wide-legged forward fold.
You’ll then make your way to the ground for pigeon pose, a seated spinal twist, head to knee pose, and more before settling your mind and body in savasana. Enjoy this practice and let it reconnect you to the “why” behind your movement.
