A Quick and Challenging Flow

Wanna move, groove, and have some fun?

In this seamless whole-body flow, you’ll move continuously, only pausing for short holds in bird of paradise (or a variation of it) and wild thing, and a long hold in a supported virasana (hero pose).   

This feel-good sequence class also includes hands-free alternate nostril breathing and a sweet “Stonehenge” savasana.
