A Restorative Backbend

Set up, lie back, and relax into a freeing sense of openness through your chest, shoulders, and ribs as you enjoy breathing fuller, richer breaths. This practice will introduce you to a soothing, restorative backbend you just might want to practice every day.

Props: bolster or cushion to sit on, 4 blankets (or towels), eye pillow (or scarf)
