A Restorative Backbend

Class Description

This seven-minute, all-levels practice will introduce you to a soothing, restorative backbend you just might want to practice every day. Set up, lie back, and relax into a freeing sense of openness through your chest, shoulders, and ribs as you enjoy breathing fuller, richer breaths. 

For this class you'll need: a bolster (or a cushion/a couple of rolled blankets), 4 blankets (or towels), and an eye pillow (or scarf).
