A Restorative Practice to Go Deep With Your Breath

Become friendly with your breath in this soothing practice. Begin with a guided savasana to direct awareness to different parts of your body while practicing ujjayi pranayama (victorious breath). Next, you’ll come into a cross-legged position and continue moving inward with a seated guided body scan and a breathing practice. Conclude with an optional self-guided meditation.
