A Self-Care Practice You Can Do Without Props

Pause and find your center with this short, relaxing flow—no props required!

You’ll start with a gratitude practice and breathwork in a variation of savasana called constructive rest pose. After that, you’ll practice a long hold in butterfly pose, gentle lower- and upper-body-opening movements, seated twists and side bends, easy cat-cows (including a twisting variation), and child’s pose.

Once you’re done, return to constructive rest and take some deep breaths.

Props: none
