In this potent sequence, you’ll restore balance to your belly while revving up your digestion. Start with kapalbhati pranayam, or breath of fire. Explore how your digestive organs feel in cobra pose, a sweeping triangle pose, and standing twists. Standing splits with an added abdominal crunch further fuel the flames of your digestive fire. End with a seated pose that specifically targets compressing your belly, supine twists, and finally, a grounding savasana.
