A Short Practice to Prepare for Meditation

Join Rod Stryker for a short and calming class designed to prepare you for meditation. You’ll focus on opening and stabilizing key areas of the body (legs, neck and shoulders, side body, lower back, and upper back) and cultivate a restful awareness to take with you into a concluding seated practice.

Have a bolster, folded blanket, or meditation cushion available.
