A Short Yin Practice for Busy People

Take a moment out of your busy day to regroup and refocus with this calming, stretchy, feel-good practice. Start by opening your hips and quads in dragon pose. Next, rest in child’s pose, savasana, and reclined twists. Cover up with a blanket for an extra cozy savasana.
