Practice description

In this evenly paced flow, you’ll warm up with half sun salutes and rounds of a sun salutation that features a full prostration. You’ll then move into a sun salute variation that includes shoulder-openers, moving from warrior I to pyramid pose, and a challenging up dog transition.
