A Tension Release for the Neck and Shoulders

Join Ellen for a 30-minute sequence designed to release tension in your head, neck, and shoulders.

You'll begin with a supported and child’s pose, then move into upper body twists, heart openers, and holds in variations of yin poses where you’ll incorporate props such as a wall, chair, and bolster. Class concludes with a deep, peaceful savasana.
