You’ll begin with a warm-up in the chair. After that, you’ll use the chair as a prop for a standing pose series that includes an innovative and accessible revolved lunge variation. In the second half of class, you’ll move the chair aside for another twisting lunge variation followed by a standing wide-legged forward fold, paschimottanasana (seated forward bend), a seated twist, and more.
