After a long and challenging day, restore yourself with this calming practice to relieve tension. You’ll relax into a bolster-supported savasana, soften into supported twists, do prone belly breathing and hip opening, and more, enjoying your breath all the while. At the end of class, you will be guided into a body scan as you rest in savasana once more.
