In this gentle practice that includes mild strengthening, you’ll explore basic yoga from a chair and in bed. You’ll do a breath-centering practice, a seated warm-up, easy hip and core strengtheners, and feel-good bolster-supported leg stretches. The experience concludes with facial stretches, a guided body scan, and another calming breath practice.
Have a mat and rolled or folded hand towel handy for back support for the resistance stretches in the bed.
