Accessible Sun Salutations at the Wall

This accessible sun salute class allows for the same postures you’d typically do on the floor but brings them into a vertical orientation. Enjoy down dog, cobra, lunges, and warrior poses using a wall for support. Lengthen your spine and open your chest, while strengthening your arms and legs.
