Accessible Yoga for Glaucoma

This is a gentle practice for glaucoma where you’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and use props to feel supported. You’ll start with seated practices, including eye exercises, facial massage, shoulder rolls, cat-cow, and twists. After that you’ll move to the wall for sun salutations, balance poses, warriors, boat pose, and a bolster-supported seated forward fold. Conclude class with a short meditation or rest in savasana.

Props: Blocks, blanket, bolster
