Accessible Yoga for Relaxation

Calm your nervous system with this gentle and customizable sequence.

You’ll begin with seated upper and lower body warm-ups before moving on to a standing wall practice that includes a standing forward fold, triangle, and side angle pose. After that comes a floor series, where you’ll use a bolster and blankets to find comfort in child’s pose, a supine twist, and savasana.

Conclude the experience with your hands to your heart in sukhasana (easy pose), as Jivana puts it, “bowing to the peace within.”
