Class Description
In this short tutorial, Chris and Brian demonstrate variations of AcroYoga pose “high flying whale.” Flyers enjoy chest and shoulder opening while simultaneously lengthening the side waist, front of the abs, and the upper thighs. Base-yogis learn how to support their flyer's mid back and shoulders while gently encouraging a greater opening in the chest and stretching of the quads.
