Acro Tutorial: Supported Thigh Stretch in High Flying Whale

Acroyoga partners will experience stretching and strengthening in this "high flying whale" tutorial. Flyers enjoy chest and shoulder opening while simultaneously lengthening the side waist, front of the abs, and the upper thighs. The base will learn how to support their flyer's mid back and shoulders while gently encouraging a greater opening in the chest and stretching of the quads.
