AcroYoga: Back Plank to Back Bird Tutorial

Class Description

Let's practice back plank and back bird! Chris and Brian will demonstrate these poses in three ways: first they'll offer a silent demo, second they'll break down the roles of the base and flyer, and lastly they'll bring in a third person to show you how to spot for safety. This three-minute practice is tons of fun.
