This transition, tumbleweed, is a “washing machine,” meaning that after you do the cycle once, you can practice it again and again: wash, rinse, repeat. It will follow a couple of poses you may have learned before in Chris and Brian's previous AcroYoga classes (star, foot to hand, backfly transition to star).
