AcroYoga Tutorial: Tumbleweed Transition
This transition, called tumbleweed, is a "washing machine," which means that after you do the cycle once, you can practice it again and again: wash, rinse, repeat. It’s best to understand a few acro moves before you begin, such as star, foot to hand, and backfly transition to star. Start with a silent demonstration of tumbleweed, then learn how to perform the movements as both a base and a flyer. Last, learn how to spot the pose. Tumble on!
