Active Hip Mobility Practice

Increase your range of motion, improve the overall function of your hip joints, and enhance your asana practice with these hip-focused exercises. You’ll stretch and tone the muscles of the hip (as you work toward stabilizing and mobilizing the joint), using props along the way to support and enhance your effort. Class concludes with a brain-body teaser that integrates all of your efforts!
