Join Rocky for a series of hip-focused drills designed to increase your range of motion, improve the overall functioning of your hip joints, and enhance your asana practice. You’ll stretch and tone the muscles of the hip (as you work toward stabilizing and mobilizing the joint), using props along the way to support and enhance your effort. Class concludes with a brain-body teaser that integrates all of your efforts!
