Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand) Tutorial

Prepare for and practice a wall-supported handstand in this short Iyengar yoga tutorial. You’ll first work toward lengthening through the sides of your body, opening your shoulders, and developing more length in your torso in down dog. Then you’ll go to the wall and get to know the mechanics of handstand, working with it a few times with more detailed alignment cues each time.
