Advanced Yoga Freestyle

This strengthening 75-minute "freestyle" practice is free of style as it incorporates many different approaches to yoga. Some of the less mainstream movements that you'll practice include rolling into half boat while practicing kali mudra and transitioning from upward bow to downward facing dog. You'll also do variations of couch pose, side shoulderstand, and much more! If you're looking to change it up and practice outside the box, try this.
