In this deeply quieting class, you’ll practice two propped restorative poses: one that gently stretches both sides of the body and another that supports a psoas release.
Throughout, you’ll learn how to set up and adjust the props to your proportions. And if you have bursitis* in your hip, Andrea offers a couple of prop suggestions to experiment with if you are able to lie on your side.
*Bursitis is a potentially painful condition that affects the bursae, small sacs that cushion the bones, tendons, and muscles near your joints.
