Class Description

Feeling sluggish? Refresh yourself with this “spine-awakening” practice!

Class begins with a breath-filled cat-cow, then moves into a simple, energizing sequence that includes twists, standing hip openers, and dolphin pose. And after that, you’ll sit for a slow-paced practice of kapalabhati (skull shining breath) so that you can return to your day with a clear and vibrant mind.
