Ageless Yoga: Joint Health

You’ll practice passive and active neck and shoulder stretches, seated spinal circles designed to mobilize your hips, a cobra variation to strengthen your SI joints, a supine release for your lower back, and more. You’ll then wind down with bolster-supported practices before concluding in savasana.
