You’ll begin on your back where you’ll combine gentle shoulder massage with slow, mindful arm movement. After that, you’ll move onto your side for more slide-and-glide shoulder work, do a standing practice that focuses on creating space in your rib cage in warrior I and II, move through chair-pose-inspired half sun salutes, and much more.
Conclude with a guided savasana and brief meditation that are all about experiencing and enjoying the space you’ve made throughout this expansive practice.
