This is the first class of a four-part series based on the Jivamukti fundamentals curriculum and is ideal for beginner yogis or anyone who wants to refine their understanding of familiar poses.
You'll start with a classic Jivamukti warm-up that you can do before any yoga practice. Then you'll explore a sequence that places special emphasis on common standing poses, including tadasana (mountain pose), trikonasana (triangle pose), virabhadrasana (warrior I), and vrksasana (tree pose).
The experience concludes with savasana (corpse pose), where Jessica first shows you how to get nice and comfortable and then leads you through a guided relaxation.
