Explore side plank in all its versatility in this progressive practice. You’ll begin with a thorough warm-up that features lots of wrist and shoulder stretches so you’ll feel well prepared for weight-bearing on your hands. After that, you’ll do four variations of side plank (that increase in difficulty), stretching in between each one and resting in child’s pose in between sides.
The strengthening adventure concludes with a sweet supported child’s pose where you can fully relax.
