An Alternative to Headstand

Sirsasana, headstand, is known as the “king of asanas.” But because this pose can put injurious pressure on the neck, it may not be a regular part of your practice. In this short class, you’ll work toward a safer variation of this pose that’s designed to eliminate upper-body strain so that you can enjoy its energetic benefits without the added risk.
