Flow through this vinyasa-style class that’s designed to mobilize and strengthen your feet.
You’ll practice range of motion exercises for your feet and ankles, play with one-legged standing poses on a block, and move through sun salutations. From there, you’ll come to the wall for half moon pose, wide-legged forward folds, shoulderstand, and more. Throughout there will be emphasis on actively working with, or simply paying mindful attention to, the feet in each pose and flow.
