Had a stressful day and need to unwind before bed? This gentle evening practice is designed to help you cultivate steady, calm breathing so that you can release tension and get a good night’s sleep.

You’ll practice crocodile pose, cat-cow variations, diaphragmatic breathing on your back, and a reclined twist. In each pose, Shari draws your attention to your internal anatomy and your breath, so you can learn how to support and revitalize the tissues of the body and find deep relaxation.

Class concludes with a short breath-focused guided meditation.
