Ardha "Chair"drasana: Fun Ways to Play

In this blend of tutorial and practice, you’ll use a chair and wall as support to practice a few variations of ardha chandrasana (half moon pose). By letting your head and arm rest on the chair in different ways, you’ll experience enhanced stability so you can explore rotating your chest and top arm open, and elongating through your torso.
