Arm Balance Peak Pose Flow: Eight Angle Pose

In this progressive Rasa Yoga practice, you’ll work toward astavakrasana: an arm balance that’s named after the sage Astavakra and is also known as “eight angle pose.” The bija mantra for this practice is dum—a mantra for strength, courage, and protection.
